Air Austral, a French airline based on Réunion Island, is one of the leading operators in the Indian Ocean and operates connections between mainland France and Réunion, Mauritius, Mayotte, the Comoros Islands, Madagascar, Seychelles, South Africa, Mozambique, Tanzania, Thailand, and India. From Réunion, Air Austral flies daily to Paris (CDG) and to islands in the Indian Ocean. From Dzaoudzi Airport, it offers up to five weekly flights to Paris (CDG). Thanks to its codeshare agreement with Air France, the airline also offers flights from 40 European destinations and from 19 provincial cities plus Brussels in collaboration with TGVAir, via Paris CDG.
