AVIAREPS' selection for showcooking aims to strengthen our relationship with agencies, inspire them to offer their customers flexible and efficient mobility solutions, and highlight how Europcar Spain facilitates the freedom to travel in comfort and safety. Through interactive dynamics and gastronomic experiences, we showcase the advantages of our rental services, adapted to all types of travellers, from tourists to professionals on the road. This event is part of our strategy to increase Europcar's visibility in the industry, to promote car rental as an essential travel option and to strengthen our market presence. Through sales, marketing, public relations and partnerships with industry experts, we continue to position ourselves as the preferred choice for mobility in Spain.

Solution
We made a presentation with the latest car rental news. We effectively share and promote the online booking platform, contributing to an easier and more attractive representation of vehicle search options. We distributed brochures to the different travel agencies with information of interest. We solved doubts and incidents that they had had in the past so that they could learn how to proceed. We also reviewed in detail the fleet that Europcar has today. We supervised that they had the access codes and that their system was working correctly. We learnt different cooking dishes in order to build close relationships with the different partners.

Results
Increased product knowledge and added value. Participating travel agents gain a deeper understanding of Europcar's offering, with a better understanding of the benefits, rates and mobility options. This allows them to more confidently recommend car rental as an essential part of the trip, increasing bookings. The event facilitates networking between Europcar and the agencies, strengthening the business relationship. This can translate into exclusive deals, better incentives for agents and greater integration of car rental into travel packages. By receiving an immersive experience at the event, agents can better convey the value of car rental to their customers. This drives sales, as travellers rely more on recommendations based on real-life experiences. Agencies who participated in the showcooking feel valued and motivated to prioritise Europcar in their offers. In addition, having had a unique experience, they are more likely to remember and prefer Europcar over other options in the market.
